They did a great deal and worked to our schedule for the installation. On the day of the install, they were great and very patient whilst we had another company carefully deliver the printer through a first floor window. Once in the position the installation process began and with software updates for our system required, nothing was too much trouble even though time was getting on. The day finished when the printer was ready for use (at about 7:30pm, without complaints about the day running behind!).
