High head gap setting for thicker textiles

Printing on thicker and raised fabrics could be a problem with older generations of print machines. The TX300P-1800 however solves this problem with having a high head gap setting. This enables the printhead to have additional clearance on thick and raised fibres. On conventional models this wouldn’t be achievable as the printhead height has to be restricted to ensure that the accuracy of the ink droplet onto the textile. The new Tx300P utilizes the latest in printhead technology which enables the operator to utilize the high head gap setting with accurate ink droplets onto the fabric, thereby enabling high quality accurate printing onto a large variety of different fabrics.
