Backed by Roland DG’s national service engineers and also our own OEM trained engineers we offer extended Roland-care warranties and also ad-hoc repairs to your equipment. If a technical problem can be resolved over the phone or by secure remote computer to computer connection then we will, usually at no cost to the customer.

So after installation of new and also existing equipment our engineers can teach you “The Basic Care” of your equipment showing you how to keep your equipment in the best possible working condition. This will reduce your service costs and can help to increase your manufacturing output and increase profitability. We will provide customers with a daily and weekly check list that takes a matter of minutes to complete but these minutes long term will save hours and possibly weeks and help to prolong your equipments life.
