1: What do I need to start sublimating?
The main components of a sublimation system are:
- A PIEZO HEAD Inkjet Printer (Large Format or Small Format
- A Heat Press (to suit above)
- Sublimation Ink
- ICC Colour Profile
- Sublimation Paper
2: I am interested in Dye Sublimation. Can you provide a demonstration?
Yes, we do offer a demonstration in our showroom which has all the latest machinery for your sublimation needs.

3: If I buy a dye sublimation system, can you install it and train me to use it?
Yes, we do offer an install and training service. We include a full days training and installation with any machine purchased.
4: What is a bulk ink system?
A bulk ink system replaces standard ink cartridges with large refillable external reservoirs. This enables you to just refill the colour that is running low and not have to stop a print while doing so. You cannot do this with standard cartridges where you are forced to throw away any remaining ink in the cartridge just because one colour is empty. We can provide bulk ink systems for every printer.
5: What temperature and time do I need to sublimate for?
The temperature and time varies slightly with different fabrics but a good guideline is:
200 DEGREES
40 SECONDS
6: Can I get a credit account facility?
Yes. Sabur does offer account facilities. You will be required to fill in an account application form that includes trade references.
Once we have received your application, we will process it. This process includes writing to your references and taking a credit and background check on you using Creditsafe.com.
If all this is acceptable, we will offer you an account facility based on the results of our enquiries. We reserve the right to refuse a credit facility and failure to adhere to our trading terms may result in Sabur withdrawing your account facility.
Please note that Sabur has a dedicated sales ledger team that actively pursues late payment and bad debt and we use an external debt collection agency to reclaim bad debt.
7: Do you offer Finance options?
Yes. In partnership with a leading industry finance house, we can offer a broad range of flexible system financing.
Financing reduces the need to commit cash to fund depreciating capital equipment assets, and spreads the payment over the equipments working life.
This allows cash resources to be allocated to the day-to-day running of your business.
Financing in this manner is also tax efficient, as payments are deductable as trading expense.
