Well, one thing you can never take away from anyone is a track record…..and as Sabur Ink Systems Ltd was established in 1998, we have two decades of experience, making us the UK’s longest-standing sublimation supplier.
We’re a family business, but one that that has evolved and grown. One that is large enough to easily meet the needs and demands of any size of company, but one with the same flexibility, ideals and values that we’ve always had.
We were established in 1998 by Dean Sanger and Ian Burton, both of whom have worked in the textile industry since the early 1980’s, including the screen sublimation print sector since 1990. Their combined knowledge in this industry soon secured Sabur Ink Systems Ltd as the market leaders in Sublimation Supplies – a position that we are proud to hold on to this day, thanks to having a personable, hard-working, highly-skilled staff.
How has the company grown in that time?
Through the past 20 years, Sabur Ink Systems Ltd have seen major changes in the sublimation print industry, with a shift from the traditional Screen Print to Digital being evident at the turn of the century. We have been there throughout this transitional period and are recognised by many as the market leaders in digital sublimation supplies.
We’ve grown from two to ten full time members of staff, and operate out of a purpose-built 6,000 square foot industrial unit in South Yorkshire with an additional satellite unit for engineering. And whilst we always have our values at the heart of everything we do – being reliable, personable, friendly, skilled, and professional – we blend this with cutting edge technology, thorough staff development, and quality products to ensure you get the service you need and deserve.

At Sabur Ink Systems Ltd we are hugely proud to partner and showcase a number of market leading companies. These include the likes of Roland DG, Mimaki, DGI, Kiian Digital (Manoukian), Klieverik, Sefa, Ergosoft and Wasatch.
In recent years we have expanded our product portfolio to include both Mimaki UV & Roland eco solvent printers, enabling us to offer our customers a complete print solution. And if that’s not impressive enough, we have 500,000 linear metres of stock rotated sublimation paper and inks, too – ensuring consistent quality control for your business.
From experience, we understand that our client’s best needs are served through the supply of industry leading products and solutions from our partnerships with leading industry manufacturers, backed-up by our industry knowledge and expertise.

We’re fortunate to be in a very central position in the country, just outside Barnsley. That means we are superbly positioned on the M1/M62 corridor, with excellent road and rail networks, and three airports within a reasonably short drive, too.

At Sabur Ink Systems Ltd have a fleet of vans which means that consumables (including inks and paper) are available off-the-shelf and delivered within 24 hours, ensuring that we can track and advise a true delivery time and schedule. And for any enquiries or support you may need we have three internal engineers that are available to our clients, too!
