About Sabur Ink Systems

Why choose Sabur when looking for a company to solve your Digital printing supply problems? Because we base what we offer on what we look for when we do business with a company: Expertise/Experience/Service.

So, let us answer your questions, put your mind at ease, and tell you a little bit about why we stand out from the crowd, and why you should choose us…….

I need a company with experience and expertise within this industry. Why should I choose you?

Well, one thing you can never take away from anyone is a track record…..and as Sabur Ink Systems Ltd was established in 1998, we have two decades of experience, making us the UK’s longest-standing sublimation supplier.

We’re a family business, but one that that has evolved and grown. One that is large enough to easily meet the needs and demands of any size of company, but one with the same flexibility, ideals and values that we’ve always had.

We were established in 1998 by Dean Sanger and Ian Burton, both of whom have worked in the textile industry since the early 1980’s, including the screen sublimation print sector since 1990. Their combined knowledge in this industry soon secured Sabur Ink Systems Ltd as the market leaders in Sublimation Supplies – a position that we are proud to hold on to this day, thanks to having a personable, hard-working, highly-skilled staff.

How has the company grown in that time?

Through the past 20 years, Sabur Ink Systems Ltd have seen major changes in the sublimation print industry, with a shift from the traditional Screen Print to Digital being evident at the turn of the century. We have been there throughout this transitional period and are recognised by many as the market leaders in digital sublimation supplies.

We’ve grown from two to ten full time members of staff, and operate out of a purpose-built 6,000 square foot industrial unit in South Yorkshire with an additional satellite unit for engineering. And whilst we always have our values at the heart of everything we do – being reliable, personable, friendly, skilled, and professional – we blend this with cutting edge technology, thorough staff development, and quality products to ensure you get the service you need and deserve.

You mentioned the quality of your products…….

Yes, we did.

At Sabur Ink Systems Ltd we are hugely proud to partner and showcase a number of market leading companies. These include the likes of Roland DG, Mimaki, DGI, Kiian Digital (Manoukian), Klieverik, Sefa, Ergosoft and Wasatch.

In recent years we have expanded our product portfolio to include both Mimaki UV & Roland eco solvent printers, enabling us to offer our customers a complete print solution. And if that’s not impressive enough, we have 500,000 linear metres of stock rotated sublimation paper and inks, too – ensuring consistent quality control for your business.

From experience, we understand that our client’s best needs are served through the supply of industry leading products and solutions from our partnerships with leading industry manufacturers, backed-up by our industry knowledge and expertise.

Won’t we be just another company to you?

No, never.

We have clients in a variety of sectors and industries, all looking for and getting an outstanding quality of service from us. And our trusted partner portfolio enables us to tailor-make the ideal solution to best suit your exact business requirements, too.

All clients are different. So, to further develop our position, standing, and reputation within our industry we ensure we offer a bespoke, personal package to everyone we work with. We adapt to every requirement and need of our clients and look to constantly evolve, to ensure we stay that one step ahead of the competition.

But as we’ve stated before, it’s all done based on good old-fashioned business and personal values and standards. As Managing Director Dean Sanger notes, “We still have our very first sublimation customer with us from 1998, and that makes me realise that we are doing something right!”

Okay, so you’ve got experience, expertise and great brands and products – I bet it will take quite a while to get them to us?

Luckily for you, you’re wrong. We offer a brilliant, express service for UK orders, meaning that products are sent out within twenty four hours of being ordered.

We’re fortunate to be in a very central position in the country, just outside Barnsley. That means we are superbly positioned on the M1/M62 corridor, with excellent road and rail networks, and three airports within a reasonably short drive, too.

We’d love for you to come and visit us and see what we offer and what we can do for you,

Here we go again, another company that keeps banging-on about customer service…..

We don’t have to. Our existing clients and customers will do that for us…..

We will treat your company exactly how we’d like to be treated by yours. We are hugely professional and really do put you first. Because if we don’t, you’ll go elsewhere – as we would.

As Dean’s fellow Director Ian Burton comments, “We love the interaction that we have with our customers, both old and new. Now in our twentieth year of trading, we continue grow year on year. I truly believe that this is testament to both our industry-leading level of service and products from world leading manufacturers.”

At Sabur Ink Systems Ltd have a fleet of vans which means that consumables (including inks and paper) are available off-the-shelf and delivered within 24 hours, ensuring that we can track and advise a true delivery time and schedule. And for any enquiries or support you may need we have three internal engineers that are available to our clients, too!

All the above looks very impressive, but anyone can say that on a website, can’t they?

You’re correct, of course they can!

So, please feel free to come and visit our 2,500 square foot Show Suite, which houses the very latest in generation printers, heat presses and other sublimation products. You can even use the machines to ensure that you are getting exactly what your company needs.
